Experienced integrated agency Account Director required… You can be contract or permanent. You can be WFH or remote some of the time or full time in the office. Whatever the dynamic – we will make it work!

You will be responsible for building strong client partnerships that deliver profitable growth for the agency. And as one of the account leads in this agency group, you will champion the commercial leadership and profitability of projects through partnering with the design, digital and strategy teams to produce outstanding integrated campaigns that deliver effective results.

You’ll need to have confident communication and influencing skills when dealing with both senior clients and internal teams, as well as gravitas, energy and a positive attitude.

Ultimately, we’re a looking to add a strategidc lead to a really good team of doers, so we’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. The ability to cope under pressure (and have some fun along the way) is also a pre-requisite for life in this fast-paced, dynamic and established integrated comms agency.

Do you have the following:

  • Strong commercial acumen and swift decision-making skills
  • The ability to execute  ideas across multiple touchpoints – ATL, TTL and sometimes BTL
  • Experience in a leading integrated, branding, design, digital or some creative business
